How do I track my Order Status?

When will I receive an update for my delivery?

You will receive a message within 48 hours via email after placing your order.

What are the delivery areas covered?

We deliver within Klang Valley and the whole Peninsular Malaysia

How do I select the delivery option from my product?

You can select the shipping option during checkout.

How much is the the delivery fee?

Delivery is FREE!

What if I’m not at home when the package arrives?

Delivery driver will call or whatsapp customer to rearrange the delivery but driver always call or whatsapp customer before delivery. If any changes in delivery time by customer before delivery, arrangement will be made accordingly.

Can I change my delivery address after my purchase?

How long until I receive my orders?

For orders within Klang Valley area it will be 8 working days. Peninsular Malaysia area orders will be 10 working days

Yes we have Atome and GrabPay Later as our installment plan partner. All you need to do is create an account to enjoy the split payment.

Atome is our installment payment plan partner. Using Atome, you can split your transaction into 3 monthly payments at 0% interest rate.
